MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The HIA Mentorship Program pairs members with HIA board members for individualized guidance during and after the comp. Designed as a structured supplement to HIA’s educational programming, the program supports members throughout the internship and career search process.

HIA’s board comprises members with experience across investment banking, asset management, and wealth management, shaped by exposure to leading firms in the financial services industry. As mentors, board members are deeply involved: providing insight, sustained support, and candid advice throughout members’ professional development.

Beyond professional development, the mentorship program strengthens community within HIA, fostering close relationships and sustained engagement across the club, even outside the comp and the Fund.
